These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of csbcivil.com (the “Website”), operated by CSB Trucking, Inc., doing business as CSB Civil (“CSB Civil,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing the Website or submitting information through it, you agree to these Terms.

The Website provides general information about CSB Civil and its construction services. Website content is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute engineering, legal, safety, permitting, or other professional advice.
2. Quote and Contact Requests
Submitting a contact or quote-request form does not create a contract, contractor-client relationship, or obligation for CSB Civil to perform work. It does not guarantee availability, pricing, scheduling, project acceptance, or a response.
Any services, pricing, schedules, warranties, or project obligations will be governed by a separate written proposal or contract signed by the appropriate parties.
3. Information and File Uploads
You agree that information submitted through the Website will be accurate and that you have permission to provide it. You may not upload unlawful materials, malware, or files that infringe another person’s rights.
Please do not submit Social Security numbers, banking information, medical information, passwords, or other highly sensitive information through the contact form. Project plans or confidential documents should only be uploaded when appropriate and when you are authorized to share them.
4. Communications
When you submit an inquiry, you authorize CSB Civil to contact you using the phone number or email address provided for purposes related to that inquiry. Message and data rates may apply to text communications. You may withdraw consent to receive texts by replying STOP or contacting us directly.
Submitting an inquiry does not automatically enroll you in unrelated marketing communications. Newsletter or promotional-email subscriptions will be handled separately.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not misuse the Website, attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, submit fraudulent requests, impersonate another person, or use automated systems to collect Website content without permission.
